Outstanding city view, exceptional cleanliness of apartment, convenient location near major sights
Wi-Fi performance negligible, require multiple SIM cards!!! Garage access directions nonexistent, navigating quite frustrating!!! Swimming pool barely qualifies, more like a kiddie splash zone!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The suite was spacious, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, making our time with the little one comfortable. The staff was incredibly accommodating, arranging breakfast in the room for early mornings – just like one guest experienced. The location was perfect for exploring.
In my wife’s opinion, a play area for kids would be great.

The location of the RQ Santiago Aparthotel appealed to me, especially with easy access to the Metro system nearby. My corner room on the 21st floor didn't disappoint. the views of the city were spectacular. The cleanliness of the apartment impressed me, with fresh towels and tidy spaces every day. Breakfast offered a decent selection. fresh fruit and eggs were always available. I enjoyed having a kitchenette to prepare some of my meals, which made my stay more convenient. One downside was the late check-in time of 3 PM. Arriving early meant waiting around with my bags. Wi-Fi struggled, forcing me to rely on a prepaid SIM card for proper connectivity. Overall, despite some inconveniences, my stay was largely enjoyable.
